At BALMERUH, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We currently offer exchanges only and do not provide direct returns or refunds.

1. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You are not satisfied with the size or colour of the product.

  • The product is unused and unwashed.

  • The product is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • The product is free from stains, marks, damage, or unusual odour.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for exchange.

2. No Returns or Refunds

BALMERUH does not offer direct returns or refunds.

If you do not like the colour or the size does not fit, you can request an exchange for another available size or colour, subject to availability.

Once an exchange has been processed, the order cannot be converted into a refund.

3. Exchange Shipping Charges

The customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the product back for an exchange, unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

In case you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item from BALMERUH, please contact our support team at 8766566393 via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the product when contacting our support team.

No claims regarding faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be processed after 24 hours.

5. Quality Check

All exchange products are subject to a quality inspection after we receive them.

BALMERUH reserves the right to reject an exchange if the product has been used, washed, damaged, altered, stained, or does not meet our exchange conditions.

6. Exchange Availability

Exchanges are subject to product, size, and colour availability.

If your requested size or colour is unavailable, our team will provide you with the available exchange options.

7. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team on WhatsApp at 8766566393 with:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for exchange

  • Preferred size or colour

  • Clear photos of the product, if requested
